Moos is Dutch, Silke is German. We are a married couple and have both been practicing yoga since 2010. In Munich, Germany we found two inspiring yoga teachers (Anna Wan and Juergen Hergenroeder). They introduced us to Hatha yoga and eventually encouraged us to take a step further. Thus, in 2017 we completed our yoga teacher training in India with Maha Shanti Yoga and the Vasishta Yoga Foundation.
Meanwhile we had moved to the Netherlands and besides doing our own practice we regularly go to yoga classes with either Suzanne van Elswijk, or Peter Roussel. Every year we follow additional trainings and workshops to grow further as practitioners and teachers.
We both started yoga for physical reasons, but soon realized the deeper going benefits at mental, emotional, and spiritual level. To us yoga is the key to overall well-being, since it trains us to experience the present moment and leads us to a deeper connection with ourselves.
We are registered yoga teachers with the Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200).
